I'm an IT Administrator with experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, supporting business technology operations, and improving workflows through practical technology solutions. My day-to-day spans Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, email security, identity administration, and endpoint operations across SMB and mid-market clients.

My background is in software engineering, and I spent my early career as a solutions engineer and business systems specialist — building serverless IoT data pipelines at a cloud startup, modernizing ERP and e-commerce systems for a wholesale business, and automating manufacturing workflows.
